About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Director to join our team at GroupM. As a key member of our media planning and buying team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic media plans that drive business results for our clients.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement media plans that align with client objectives and budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize media strategies and improve campaign performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and research to inform media planning decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage and analyze data to inform media planning and buying decisions

What We're Looking For



  • Proven experience in media planning and buying, with a strong understanding of media channels and platforms
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Knowledge of media planning tools and software, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
