Expert Open Hole Wireline Specialist

This position involves leveraging knowledge of Open Hole Wireline technologies to independently deliver all wireline services and operate tools for customers at the well site.

The role will be based in Western Australia and require working at numerous well sites across Australasia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling complex drilling scenarios, engaging with high-profile clients, and managing special projects that require high levels of expertise
- Integrating operational procedures and acting as a liaison to collaborate with other service lines, providing guidance to customers in Open Hole Wireline field operations
- Running standard and specialty logging products and services as needed without direct supervision
- Preparing and qualifying Wireline and Perforating Equipment before and after each job
- Preparing all required job reports, including equipment performance and utilisation reports and other Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Working closely with the FSM, FSC and FSQC to maintain district's technical readiness and quality
- Promoting Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Service Quality (SQ) standards, practices and guidelines.

Role Requirements:
- Having a minimum 3.5 years in Open Hole Wireline Field Operations
- Being able to work a physically active hands-on role
- Completing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science or other technical discipline
- Possessing foundational mechanical skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, pressure, rotating equipment, pulley systems and bearings
- Demonstrating problem-solving conveyed through troubleshooting issues using foundational mechanical and electrical skills.
