Country Road Sales Manager Opportunity

Join Country Road Group as a Sales Manager and drive sales and profit in our retail stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering financial targets and company key performance indicators while creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and profit, ensuring the achievement of all KPIs as set by the company
  • Provide inspirational leadership, training, and developing team capability
  • Maintain a focus on commercial acumen, ensuring the team has an understanding of the performance of the department/store
  • Effectively manage costs
  • Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and genuine customer service experience
  • Adhere to all company behaviors, policies, and procedures
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in managing a high sales turnover retail business
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters
  • Demonstrated experience in managing for profit, with a commercial approach
  • A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
  • Experience managing the performance, training, and development of a medium to large team
  • Skills associated with driving productivity with team members
  • Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
