Job Description:

As an Assistant Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational programs and practices within our service. You will provide guidance and direction to educators, support them in implementing the planning cycle, and lead the development of effective educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma or Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education, and possess strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to educators to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Support educators in implementing the planning cycle and developing educational programs
  • Lead the development of effective educational programs that align with the EYLF and NQS
  • Ensure all learning is guided by the EYLF and NQS
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • ACECQA-approved Diploma or Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Experience in a similar role advantageous
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
  • Strong Knowledge and experience of the EYLF and NQS
