About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Coordinator to join our team at Repco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and presentation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Presentation: Utilize your creative skills to design and implement visually appealing store displays and promotional offers that drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage store inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise to ensure optimal store performance.
  • Visual Merchandising: Implement and maintain planograms, ensure promotional activities are up-to-date, and maintain a safe and organized store environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Merchandise and Sales Experience: Ideally, you will have previous experience in merchandise or sales roles, or a keen willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • Customer Service Skills: You will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication: You will be a true team player, able to work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
  • Physical Demands: You will have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.
  • Availability: You will be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
