Role Overview

As the Cafe Manager, you will play a key role in crafting delightful experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a dynamic team to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and products
  • Providing hands-on coaching and constructive feedback
  • Inspiring your team to meet sales goals and performance indicators
  • Overseeing all aspects of store operations and maintaining high standards
  • Ensuring the cafe is visually appealing to impress our customers
  • Full-time position with a flexible schedule across a 7-day week

Who You Are

  • Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity within a similar setting
  • A background in the hospitality industry
