Regional Operations Manager

At 4WD Supacentre, we're seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales and operations performance across our regional stores network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the National Retail Manager and Regional Sales Manager to ensure stores are prepared to deliver on key operations KPIs.
  • Coach and develop leaders across the stores network to build capability and drive consistent delivery on KPIs.
  • Provide thought leadership on proposals and plans to drive further growth and profitability for the region.
  • Lead and establish a compliance culture aligned to achieving customer advocacy benchmarks, warranty claims processing, and stock integrity.
  • Lead the team to deliver memorable customer experiences through consistent learning and training.
  • Identify local business opportunities to attract new customers and maximise visual merchandising and social media.
  • Collaborate with the National WHS Manager to ensure adherence to the company's safety framework and policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience in a similar role within the Outdoor, Lifestyle, or Retail industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, highly emotionally intelligent, and resilient as an effective relationship manager.
  • Significant problem-solving skills with sound judgement balanced with commercial nous and acumen.
  • Significant influencing and coaching skills to build and drive leadership and team capability.
  • Proven operations and project management knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and inspirational leader with a successful track record in driving discretionary effort.
  • Ability to drive effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven ability to drive reporting through data and analytics to support actionable insights.
