Personal Care Workers

We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to provide high-quality care to older people in a Residential Aged Care Facility.
About the Role- This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of older people every day.
- As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be valued as part of a self-motivated team who are passionate about fostering a positive culture and team approach to contributing to the well-being of all residents.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing care that is aligned to resident's individualised social and emotional needs, preferences and choices.
We have a variety of shifts available to suit your lifestyle and the flexibility of permanent work across a 14-day roster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents in accordance with their individual plans.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Participate in recreational and social activities with residents.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
- Recent demonstrated experience working within an Aged Care setting in Australia.
- A passion for working in Aged Care and a sound understanding of the sector.
