Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and be knowledgeable in testing AI-powered software.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of a self-service identity tool that uses AI, creating and leading the testing strategy, and ensuring the tool is secure, reliable, and works as expected.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, and execute tests to ensure the tool's functionality and performance
  • Develop and maintain automated tests for web applications
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Collaborate with engineers to develop and implement testing strategies
RequirementsEssential Skills:
  • 5+ years of hands-on software testing experience with web applications
  • College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar — or equivalent work experience
  • Strong technical and programming background
  • Experience adding automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with all types of testing: unit, integration, system, functional, non-functional, and performance
  • Skilled in planning, designing, and running tests
  • Experience with performance and stress testing
  • Proven ability to build and maintain automated tests for web applications
Desirable Skills:
  • Able to think creatively and take initiative to improve testing and product quality
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Good at staying organized and handling multiple tasks
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium, Vulcan, or SpecFlow
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps practices
  • Comfortable working with remote teams in different time zones
