We are seeking a talented Leadership Growth and Development Consultant to join our Employee Experience (EX) team in APAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving people development initiatives for a specific business group(s) in APAC.

You will work closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Development, Talent Management, and Talent Selection teams to drive business impact. Using thought leadership, innovation, and influence, you will develop targeted development solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership development expertise and consultation on organizational needs and development opportunities for client groups.
  • Work in direct partnership with your HRBP(s) to define the talent strategy and agenda for the partners supported.
  • Cultivate a positive relationship with global Talent Development, Sr. Business Partner(s), and the business leaders by understanding business issues and how they translate into people strategy and concrete measures/tracking of impact.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR BPs and leaders on organizational change, team efficiency, and leadership development.
