Job Description

Pacific National Labour Planner Role

This role is responsible for developing rosters and assigning crew to align with requirements, interpreting enterprise agreements, and assigning crew based on skill level and availability while meeting strict safety and fatigue guidelines.

  • Develops and manages labour planning systems to optimize crew allocation and rostering.
  • Interprets and applies relevant enterprise agreements and company policies to ensure compliance.
  • Assigns crew members to roles based on their skills and availability, taking into account safety and fatigue regulations.
