About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing training programs to support operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning principles and experience in facilitating training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and current employees, focusing on improving operational metrics through standardized process execution.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to prepare and coordinate training events based on site/regional needs.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for onboarding and coordinating all training needs.
  • Facilitate certified job and compliance training, including ongoing audits, badge creation, data entry, and retraining.
  • Travel to local sites to provide coverage and support regional training activities.
  • Maintain and distribute data on key metrics for delivery stations/regions.
  • Monitor adherence to standard work and quality, coaching associates accordingly.
  • Ensure area readiness and organization for all Learning Experience areas to support Delivery Station training activities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience applying adult learning principles and facilitating training programs.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS).
  • Skilled in data analysis and visualization.
  • 1+ year of learning system management experience or 2+ years of experience at Amazon.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
