About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality and Catering Team Member to join our team at Ventia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Support the Hospitality and Catering team by consistently delivering a friendly, helpful, and professional service to all customers.
  2. Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Clean, sanitise and maintain equipment, furniture and premises, ensuring all required repairs and maintenance are reported.
  3. Process Meals and Handle Cash: Ensure all meals are processed in the meal pass system, all cash is handled and banked in line with Company and Client protocols, and any suspicious behaviour is immediately reported.
  4. Assist with Food Preparation: Assist with basic food preparation, as requested by the Head Chef.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience in Hospitality and Customer Service. You must have current TAS Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate (training available on site). Additionally, you should have customer service experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
