Job Overview

Microsoft is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Service & Success (CE&S) organization. As a key member of our Digital Transformation Platform (DTP) group, you will be responsible for delivering world-class support to our global customers on their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and resolve complex customer technical issues utilizing troubleshooting tools and proprietary software.
  • Analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-team and cross-product resources to resolve moderately complex customer issues.
  • Attend readiness trainings and provide feedback to improve products and processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
  • Microsoft Power Apps, Power Platform, Power Automate experience is required.
  • Experience in the Microsoft stack technologies, such as SQL Server, IIS, ADFS, Exchange, Visual Studio, and MS Copilot Studio, is desirable.

Security Clearance

This position requires the ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
