We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as an Educator in a play-based environment. As an Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 5-12 years.

  • Provide nurturing care and support to children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Develop and implement engaging learning experiences that cater to the interests and needs of individual children.
  • Work collaboratively with other Educators and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and policies.
Requirements:
  • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines would be desirable but not essential
  • A passion for the education and care of school-aged children in a play-based environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
  • Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
