Job Title: Accessory Fitters

We are seeking skilled Accessory Fitters to join our team at Talent Focus. As an Accessory Fitter, you will be responsible for installing and fitting various vehicle equipment, including suspension upgrades, bullbars, towbars, trays, canopies, and 4x4 conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fitting and installing underbody and service body equipment
  • Assembling trailers and 4WD conversions
  • Ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role or a strong mechanical background
  • Reliable transportation and a current manual driver's license
  • Forklift license advantageous
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet productivity targets
