Credit Policy Review Specialist

- Conduct thorough gap credit analysis for each brand between the current Unsecured Credit Policy and Responsible Lending Policy requirements.">
- Collaborate with senior credit policy SMEs, Legal, and Compliance teams to identify and address gaps in existing policies.">
- Develop and implement recommendations based on variance impact, operational and systems implications, key controls, and thorough justification for updates or retention.">
- Ensure effective controls are in place to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including ASIC Responsible Lending Guide RG 209 and NCCP Act.">
- Work closely with relevant credit policy owners to facilitate any required amendments of the policy, aligning with Risk Governance matrix.">
- Source solutions to problems collaboratively with stakeholders across different levels, utilizing strong written and communication skills.">
- ">
- 3+ years of experience in Credit Risk and Credit Policy Review or similar role in Consumer Banking.">
- Solid understanding of ASIC Responsible Lending Guide RG 209 and NCCP Act.">
- Team-oriented individual with a strong delivery focus, proactive and self-motivated, able to manage concurrent tasks/projects.">
- Ability to think critically and source solutions to complex problems.">
- Strong written and communication skills, especially when dealing with stakeholders across different levels.">
