Warehouse Operations Specialist

Job Description:
- Assist the Warehouse Team Leader in daily warehouse operations.
- Perform Goods Receipting, Picking / Issuing of materials, and other related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and verify consignment notes.
- Operate mobile plant for loading and unloading freight.
- Pick, pack, and process stock issues.
- Receive and record materials using SAP inventory system.
- Verify certifications for materials.
- Conduct quality assurance checks.
- Participate in stocktaking and investigate discrepancies.
- Process stock disposal and investigate requirements for offshore returns.
- Utilize staging and tracking tools in SAP.
- Prepare materials for transport and load/offload materials into containers for sea freight.
Requirements:
- Advanced experience using SAP inventory system.
- Knowledge of warehousing operations and procedures.
- High attention to detail.
- Understanding of applicable standards and legislation for dangerous goods handling and storage awareness.
- Demonstrated experience completing IMDG documentation.
- Demonstrated experience handling dangerous goods.
- Certificate III qualifications in warehousing operations or ability to achieve.
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to a demanding environment.
- Current First Aid certificate.
