The Position

You will play a key role in fostering a vibrant and inclusive corporate culture that aligns with our purpose and leadership fundamentals. You will work closely with our team to create experiences that delight and engage our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement programs that promote participation in swimming and other sports
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Manage conflicts and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Ensure effective communication and consultation with staff, customers, and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a management position
  • Completed tertiary qualifications in sport or project management
  • Current Blue Card (Working with children check) or ability to obtain one prior to commencing employment
  • Current CPR (must be obtained within 6 weeks of starting)
