About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Catering Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting meals for our airline customers' flights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present meals to the highest standards, adhering to food safety and HACCP guidelines.
  • Stock and manage inventory of dry store items, including equipment and packaged snacks.
  • Load and unload wash lines, ensuring that all cutlery, crockery, and glassware are in perfect condition.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure delivery timelines are met.
Requirements
  • Sound numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, move, and lift items.
  • Availability to work a 7-day roster, including shift work.
  • Neat and tidy presentation.
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP (desirable).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
