About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at NextSense. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing clinical services to our clients, including individual sessions, group sessions, and assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical services to clients, including individual sessions, group sessions, and assessments, to achieve their speech, language, and communication goals.
  • Support clients and their families to achieve their therapy goals and realize their full potential.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans for clients.
  • Assist with initiatives to develop quality services that reach more people with hearing loss.
  • Understand and use NextSense processes related to NDIS funding for clients.

Requirements
  • Degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia or equivalent body.
  • Demonstrated Speech Pathology experience in a range of settings.
  • Familiarity with operational systems and processes related to clients, including NDIS.
  • Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check in accordance with Victorian Child Protection legislation.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
