Key Job Description

Stratco seeks a visionary leader to establish and lead a new Master Data Management function. As an astute Master Data Manager, you will define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the MDM function. You will design and implement the MDM strategy, framework, and roadmap tailored to our business needs. Establish governance structures, policies, and standards for managing master data across domains (e.g., customer, product, supplier). Collaborate with key stakeholders to align master data requirements with enterprise-wide initiatives. Lead the selection and deployment of MDM tools and technologies. Build and mentor a team of data stewards and analysts to support ongoing MDM operations.

Drive data quality initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, and validation. Ensure integration and consistency of master data across systems and platforms. Once established, your focus will shift into operational leadership, ensuring the ongoing integrity, consistency, and quality of master data across the organisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of MDM principles, data lifecycle management and data quality frameworks.
  • The ability to translate business needs into scalable data strategies.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
