About the Role:
Future You is seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing business in the Home Building/Real-Estate sector. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing new leads, updating and creating house and land packages, and presenting quotations to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new leads from initial inquiry through to signing preliminary agreement and plan preparation.
- Update and create house and land packages to meet customer needs.
- Present quotations and ensure customers are clear on all inclusions.
- Lead generation through market research and business development.
- Conduct site inspections on potential customers' land and potential land purchases.
- Stay up-to-date with land releases in the area and market trends.
- Maintain professional relationships with real estate agents and developers.
- Report to management and collaborate with the team to ensure the best outcomes.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong business acumen and market knowledge.
- Australian Drivers' licence and a suitable vehicle.
- Ability to work on weekends as required.
