Job Description

Our firm is seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of a centralised Anti-Money Laundering/CounterTerrorist Financing (AML/CTF) Compliance function.

This key role will collaborate closely with the General Counsel and IT teams to implement our AML/CTF Compliance Program, ensuring alignment with Tranche 2 requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing AML/KYC technology solutions, recruiting, training, and managing a centralised AML/KYC team, driving service excellence and continuous improvement, and providing expert advice and training on AML/CTF laws and internal KYC policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
