Job Title: Cybersecurity Outreach Officer
This role involves leading user engagement, training communications and knowledge management activities to support our cybersecurity function.
- Develop and deliver cyber-related initiatives, projects and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain training materials, onboarding resources and internal communications for both technical teams and end-users.
- Update SOPs, guidance notes and knowledge articles to enhance cyber literacy.
- Coordinate awareness programs, staff briefings and targeted training sessions.
- Engage with business units to identify communication needs and support tool/process adoption.
- Translate technical content into clear accessible materials.
- Support stakeholder engagement and cross-team coordination.
- Document and track delivery to ensure consistency and auditability.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in coordinating and delivering cybersecurity awareness education or uplift activities within an organization.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communications skills with ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience supporting the development and maintenance of cybersecurity policies operational documentation standard operating procedures and knowledge articles.
- Ability to support project activities including planning reporting and facilitation of cybersecurity exercises or workshops.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry certifications.
