Job Description

This is a dynamic position that requires hands-on experience implementing and managing networks and associated IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues across LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi, and working with Microsoft environments including Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network architecture, cyber security frameworks, and customer service. They must be proactive, curious and always looking for ways to improve systems and processes.

You will be the primary point of contact for technical support, providing top-tier assistance to our Help Desk team and resolving complex technical issues. Your ability to identify and address cyber security risks will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our network.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in network configuration and maintenance (CCNA or equivalent)
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent experience
  • Experience in customer service and help desk environments
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365/Azure
  • Understanding of cyber security frameworks
