Store Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Store Team Member. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive a safe, seamless, and positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and maintaining the store's facilities, including floors, shelving, and equipment
  • Collecting trolleys from within and around the store, as well as the carpark
  • Working independently and following instructions
  • Demonstrating a solid work ethic and being physically fit
Requirements:
  • Ability to work at a fast pace with enthusiasm and energy
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Prioritization and meeting deadlines
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 17kgs
  • Availability to work shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week
  • Ability to get to work outside of public transport operating hours
