Exceptional Trust Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Trust Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring clients receive an exceptional service in the management of their trust accounts.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the needs and circumstances of clients, allowing them to effectively manage their trust accounts.
You will monitor and manage the book of accounts, ensuring awareness of compliance requirements, such as overdrawn accounts, uninvested funds, governing document reviews, and regular controls.
Our ideal candidate will ensure trust accounts are administered in accordance with governing documents, legislation, and company policy on a profitable and commercial basis.
As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with specialist teams to support the delivery of excellent service and client experience.
Requirements- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a trustee, financial services, risk and compliance, dispute resolution, or legal environment.
- Experience working in a client-centric business environment.
- Fiduciary knowledge.
- An understanding of risk and compliance obligations in a financial services environment.
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.
