Job Title: Supervisor Rail Control

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as a Supervisor Rail Control.

  1. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who can lead and support high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  2. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient running of trains and execution of track maintenance and Safeworking across the rail network.
  3. Key responsibilities include leading and developing a team of Rail Controllers, ensuring performance is in accordance with Rail Safety National Law, Railroad Rules and Regulations, Code of Conduct and Safe Work Practices.
  4. Allocating resources to effectively manage the Rail Control operating boards and ensuring compliance to safe operating practices aligned to Rail Safety National Law and the Rail Rule Book.

Requirements for this role include:

  • An experienced people leader with coaching and development skills to achieve results safely through positive engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Able to lead and manage change and enjoy identifying opportunities for improvement and proactively solving them.
