Senior Culinary Assistant

This is a career-enhancing opportunity for an experienced and ambitious culinary professional to join our team in a dynamic kitchen environment.

The successful candidate will assist the Head Chef, Sous Chef and other senior chefs with menu preparation, food planning and inventory management.

  • Maintain high standards of presentation and cost control across all food and beverage outlets.
  • Implement and maintain programs to ensure excellent cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and related areas.
  • Lead by example and set a positive tone for the team.
  • Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Head chef or allocated Chefs.

To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in a similar position, preferably within the hospitality industry. Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team are essential.
