Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic customer service representative to join our team on a part-time basis.

Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with clinicians and hearing technicians to provide exceptional hearing healthcare outcomes for our clients. This involves learning about our products, services, and government funding programs, as well as applying tailored client-specific sales strategies to ensure they receive the best possible solutions.

You will work closely with our clinic teams to support performance and enhance the customer experience. If you have previous sales and customer service experience, particularly in retail or healthcare environments, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clinicians and hearing technicians to deliver high-quality hearing healthcare outcomes.
  • Support clinic performance and improve the customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
  • Previous sales and customer service experience in a relevant industry.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients.
  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE qualification.
