Job Title

Café Manager

About the Role

The café serves a variety of light meals, iced drinks, coffee, cakes and desserts. We are looking for a person with previous hands-on café supervisor/management experience to guide our team, provide excellent customer service and assist customers with bookings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guide, lead and direct the team to ensure efficient operations
  2. Supervise café staff and delegate duties effectively
  3. Ensure cleanliness of the café and manage stock and food ordering
  4. Oversight of rosters and excellent time management
  5. Work with and communicate with the Chocolate Shop team
Requirements
  • Previous café experience
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Great teamwork and communication skills
