Operational Management Professional for a Leading Law Firm

At Herbert Smith Freehills, we are seeking an experienced Operational Management Professional to join our Melbourne Office Operations team.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in leading sizeable teams of people and possess well-developed time management and prioritisation skills. Strong operational management skills, a high level of attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
We offer a unique opportunity to work four days a week, 9:00 am to 5:15 pm, with a varied role that involves working closely with the wider Office Operations team to ensure the effective management of the office. This includes leading and managing the support team, monitoring and improving the quality and consistency of service provided to legal teams, managing the allocation of work and utilisation of administrative support to support client delivery activities, and overseeing and administering central group processes to support the group's operations.
