Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Quality Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in education and training.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Provide expert advice on quality concerns and issues
    • Lead quality reviews and report findings to management
    • Develop and implement guidelines and checklists for audits
    • Design audit checklists and processes to elicit information about current practice
    • Review and approve Training and Assessment Strategies
    • Monitor periods of accreditation for external bodies
    • Analyse survey responses from students and employers
    • Conduct internal audits against funding contract
    • Audit marketing materials annually
    • Provide reports and advice to support course review processes
    • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH DELIVERY AREAS AND INDUSTRY
    • DEVELOP ACTION PLANS IN COLLABORATION WITH BUSINESS AREA MANAGER
    • PROVIDE ADVICE TO BUSINESS AREAS SEEKING TO WRITE AND ACCREDIT NEW COURSES

Requirements:

  • Skills and Qualifications:

    • SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF ASQA, ESOS, VRQA, VCAA, AND HESG COMPLIANCE
    • SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF BEST PRACTICE TRAINING DELIVERY
    • SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF BEST PRACTICE ASSESSMENT AND VALIDATION PRACTICE
    • KNOWLEDGE OF TRAINING PACKAGES AND THE VET ENVIRONMENT
    • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with industry groups and regulators

  • Qualifications:

    • Extensive experience in educational quality assurance and leadership
