As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team on policies, procedures, and systems. You will identify gaps in clinical practice and ensure compliance with guidelines, foster consistent high standards of care across the organization, possess comprehensive knowledge of financial aspects of home care, and offer support to managers and clinicians. Additionally, you will need to have expertise in community work with extensive experience, strong staff management and interpersonal skills, and a sound understanding of the Australian aged care legislation.The Benefits

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with AHPRA registration (preferred), have expertise in community work with extensive experience, strong staff management and interpersonal skills, and a sound understanding of the Australian aged care legislation. You will also need to hold an Australian driver's license.About You
