About You: We are looking for a proactive, personable, and enthusiastic individual with experience in medical administration and customer service. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
Requirements:
- Experience in Day Oncology/Haematology or similar settings
- Medical Specialist secretarial experience advantageous
- Experience with Medicare, DVA, and Private Health Insurance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Competence in using computer systems, including Word and Excel
- Delivery of excellent client service
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
