We are seeking an accomplished Leisure and Lifestyle Professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care and companionship to residents, designing and delivering personalized leisure and lifestyle activities that cater to their needs, interests, and capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead, guide, and direct staff in planning activity programs, liaising with team members, residents, and caregivers.
  • Ensure all residents can participate in an activity program of interest, achieving desired outcomes.
  • Confirm the activities program with the manager, including details, residents involved, timetable, and resources organized.
  • Complete evaluation of activities, daily activity participation sheets, and other paperwork, reflecting continuous improvement.
  • Develop activities that promote resident engagement, socialization, and well-being.
