Key Responsibilities:

This role is accountable for processing vendor invoices, reconciling vendor and accounts, and investigating billing and payment enquiries related to service disputes.

  • Accounts payable
  • Process invoices into SAP
  • Inbound and outbound vendor queries
  • Manual credit adjustments
  • Monthly reconciliation
  • Billing and Payment Enquiries
  • Analysis of accounts/ credits/ adjustments and produce daily/weekly/monthly reports

Requirements:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator with strong organisational skills and a passion for numbers.

  • Ability to engage professionally with key stakeholders
  • Experience in accounts role or a similar finance/billings/customer service role
  • Strong attention to detail accuracy
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
