We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team during the holiday season. As part of our family-owned business, you will be contributing to our 118-year legacy.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about all things sparkly, has natural selling ability, and a personable approach. Prior retail experience is not essential, but it is considered a valuable advantage. We offer training for those without jewellery experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Optimising sales performance, targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Demonstrating exceptional merchandising and housekeeping standards
