About the Role
This role involves extruding pipe to precise measurements and quality standards, requiring attention to detail and monitoring skills. The process requires a strong focus on minimising downtime and rectifying problems at the root cause.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the extrusion process to ensure quality and precision
- Identify and rectify problems to minimise downtime
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
- Ability to work a 7-day 24-hour roster in a fast-paced environment
