Community Nursing Role

This role is for a Registered Nurse to work in our Community Nursing team. The successful candidate will be delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in wound management, catheter and drain care, and palliative support.

About the Position:
  • The Registered Nurse will be providing home visits throughout the community.
  • The working hours are primarily between 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday with rotating weekends.
  • The team works autonomously and collaboratively, with a strong focus on education, support, and clinical excellence.

For this position, you will need to have a current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA and hold a current Australian driver's license.

Key Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA
  • Current Australian driver's license
  • Recent nursing experience in Community Nursing or a demonstrated interest in Community Nursing
