We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated individual to work with a close-knit team in the Heidelberg area.
About the Job- Coach and mentor the team to deliver quality services and facilitate positive experiences to support clients.
- Mediate and advocate for clients and families to enable a return to their community and enjoy a meaningful life through integrated, individualised care.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team offering specialised psychosocial support.
- Collaborate with various services and stakeholders to ensure a co-ordinated response to client's recovery goals.
- Tertiary qualifications (minimum Certificate IV) in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or other health-related field.
- A keen eye for detail and expertise in working with people with mental health issues, complex needs and interacting with families and carers.
- Proven ability to effectively lead and develop a team to achieve quality outcomes and experience in providing professional supervision.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Community Services sector and ability to build strong relationships with agencies, clinical providers and key stakeholders.
