About the Role

As an Electrical Draftsperson, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings, plans, and schematics using REVIT and AutoCAD. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to integrate building systems into overall building design, resolving conflicts and ensuring efficient spatial allocation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including construction drawings, schedules, and material lists.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify design intent, address technical issues, and support project milestones and deadlines.
  • Manage and coordinate project drafting requirements, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to maintain and enhance our firm's competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical drafting within the building services sector.
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • High levels of proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
