Drive Store Performance

As a seasoned retail leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing your frontline team through clear direction, customer focus, and operating standards to drive store performance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management and people leadership, with a strong advocate for delivering customer and service excellence.

You will contribute to all aspects of the store including serving customers and stacking shelves. You will also be responsible for managing and overseeing the training and development of your team, as well as ensuring the health and safety of all Team Members and customers.

About The Role:

  • Drive sales, profit, and growth through effective store operations
  • Manage and oversee the training and development of your team
  • Contribute to all aspects of the store, including customer service and inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management and people leadership
  • Strong advocate for delivering customer and service excellence
  • Results-oriented with passion and energy to inspire your team
  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety
