We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Darwin. As an integral member of the baking team, you will contribute to a high-performing production team and culture within the Darwin site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery and equipment on processing lines to ensure efficient production.
  • Adhere to our Health and Safety/Food Safety (HACCP) policy and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform effective on-line quality checks, product evaluation, and monitoring to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Food Manufacturing or FMCG environment (desirable).
  • Experience in Food handling/Food processing industry.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work autonomously.
  • Effective oral and written communication.

  • Willingness and aptitude to learn.
