The Venue Manager will be responsible for managing the shift, including trading times, open/close procedures, venue operations, cleanliness, team and roster, training and all other requirements for a successful service. They will also provide administrative and operational support to the director, as well as guidance, leadership and training to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
