Connor is gearing up for the busiest time of year across Australia and New Zealand, and we're looking for driven and ambitious Christmas casuals to join our team. As a Christmas casual, you'll be part of a fast-paced and dedicated team that's passionate about delivering world-class customer experiences. Our successful team members are committed to exceeding their KPIs and are driven to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and deliver memorable experiences for our customers.
  • Assist in replenishing stock levels and maintaining the presentation of the store.
  • Act with urgency and efficiency in completing tasks and meeting customer needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs.
  • Take pride in your personal style and presentation, and have an interest in fashion and trends.

About You:

  • You have exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
  • You're driven to succeed and are committed to exceeding your KPIs.
  • You have previous retail experience or customer service experience, and are familiar with high-volume fashion retail.
  • You're available to work nights, weekends, and public holidays during the peak Christmas period.
  • You're a quick thinker and problem solver, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
