Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Drakes Supermarkets. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of the store's bakery, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with managing and coaching the bakery team
  • Complete production and action orders
  • Generate rosters and manage team member scheduling
  • Supervise and train team members to achieve high-quality products and excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Fresh food retail knowledge is preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to supervise a team and manage multiple tasks
  • Understanding of ordering, cost control, and gross profit
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
