The Role:

You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality nursing care to patients with complex needs. This will involve collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualised care plans, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with colleagues and families.

What You Will Need:

• A relevant qualification and registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• Experience in general medicine, renal, and respiratory nursing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to ongoing professional development
