We're seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Restaurant Service Team Member.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring seamless transitions from arrival to departure.
  • Efficiently manage reservations and seating arrangements, optimizing table turnover and maximizing dining space utilization.
  • Promptly serve food and beverages while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs, responding promptly to inquiries and requests with professionalism and attentiveness.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.

To succeed in this position, the successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

A background in Italian cuisine and wine is advantageous but not essential.
